"Protection for All Minors: Path to Safety and Stability."

This is a targeted program designed to equip unaccompanied minors and young adults aged 18-21, who often live in precarious conditions, with essential skills and guidance to facilitate their transition into the job market. From March 2025 to January 2026, the project will provide a comprehensive set of services, including personalized employment counseling, continuous psychosocial support, and non-formal educational activities.

A dedicated team of social workers, an employment counselor and an interpreter will organize weekly meetings tailored to each individual’s employment needs. These sessions will cover CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, workplace culture, and soft skills such as communication and teamwork.

Additionally, minors and young adults will participate in Greek and English language courses and gain practical job preparation skills through workshops focused on both soft and hard skills.

More specifically, the services provided include:

  1. Employment Counseling Sessions
  2. Psychosocial Support Sessions
  3. Non-Formal Education
  4. Skills Development Workshops

The primary goal of this project is to ensure a comprehensive support system for minors, enabling their growth and smooth integration into society.

With the support of Stichting Vluchteling and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
