KIDS HAVE RIGHTS

You are supposed to have
All the rights as a kid
But some people don’t care
So they just let you live without them
But that’s not fair
The kids have the right
To have all the rights that exist

I have the right to talk
I have the right to live
I have the right to have food
And a place where I can sleep
Because I’m first a person
Like all of you
And I need these rights
So I can talk to you

You don’t know how it is like
To live out in the streets
And have like a thousand words
That you can’t let free
In your mind
Because you don’t have the right to talk
BUT the kids have the right
To have all the rights that exist

I have the right to talk
I have the right to live
I have the right to have food
And a place where I can sleep
Because I’m first a person like all of you
And I need these rights
So I can talk to you

And if you think about it
You can be the chance
For some kids like those
To have a conversation
And it’s not as hard as you really think
Because they are just little people
Who need care and love
To live
To talk
To be
Themselves

I have the right to talk

So I can talk to you
